Our Story
The Cave was founded in 2025 with a simple mission: to provide flexible, high-quality workspace solutions for professionals and businesses in Lagos. What started as a single location with a handful of private offices has grown into a comprehensive workspace ecosystem with multiple locations across the city.
Our founder, Oladele, recognized the need for professional spaces that could adapt to the changing nature of work. As remote work and entrepreneurship grew, so did the demand for flexible, well-equipped spaces that foster productivity and collaboration.

Founder/CEO
Oladele Esan is a seasoned technology leader and innovative entrepreneur.Driven by a vision to transform the workspace landscape in Africa, Oladele founded The Cave Africa; a vibrant, technology-enabled workspace designed to empower professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. He believes in fostering community, innovation, and collaboration, creating environments that inspire productivity and growth.Through The Cave Africa, Oladele is dedicated to redefining how we work, connect, and innovate across the continent.
Victor Babalola
Co-Founder/Operations Lead
Damilare co-founded The Cave Africa with a passion for redefining how modern professionals work, connect, and unwind. Drawing from a strong background in Learning & Development and innovation, he plays a key role in shaping the hub’s unique blend of productivity, creativity, and lifestyle. His focus remains on building a thriving community that empowers entrepreneurs, creators, and teams across Africa.
